We booked this perfect little cottage for the weekend after our wedding as a mini honeymoon. It was exactly what we needed. We slowed down, reconnected with nature, and got much needed rest. The amenities offered were superb. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable, the blackout curtains were a much appreciated touch, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really loved the interior shower with the rain showerhead, and the exterior bathtub was a dream. Even though it was quite warm out (in the 80s), we still took advantage of that private oasis and have no regrets.
Our only wishes were that we could have stayed longer and that the weather was slightly cooler so we could enjoy opening up the large doors onto the screened porch and feel the breeze through the cottage. We’ll just have to come back in the fall or spring!
