Located in beautiful Nelson County, also known as Virginia's Wine Country, we invite you to experience unparalleled comfort and relaxation.

Our charming studio cottage offers the opportunity to unwind amid beautiful landscapes and abundant wildlife. With fold-away doors that disappear for an unobstructed view, a large screened-in front porch, and our outdoor tub, you can be a part of nature no matter where you are. Lay on the king size bed and watch the sun track across the mountains or soak in the outdoor tub with a glass of wine, gazing at the stars.

Nestled on a gentle hillside with almost sixty acres to explore, peaceful adventure is all around you. Find all three ponds on the property, hike to Uhler Point, or walk through the garden to watch the chickens play.  For those who wish for adventure outside of Perkins Hollow, the Nelson 151 Brew Trail and the Route 29 Wine Corridor well within driving distance. Just a few miles down the road is the award-winning Delfosse Winery or go spend time at the idyllic Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyard a little further away.

The Cottage at Perkins Hollow was recently completed by our family-owned business, Uhler & Company, for the absolute comfort our guests. By including high-end finishes, upgraded technology, and personable touches, your experience will be one to remember.

Perkins Cottage

"This is the perfect vacation spot if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The whole experience is just magical - every little thing in the cottage is carefully selected and crafted. The outdoor shower and tub are just perfection! The hosts are really thoughtful - you’ll find everything you need in this cottage. Take a little hike through the trail if you are up for some adventure. We ended up spending a lot of time in the sun room enjoying the rain and lush greenery. The hosts Darla and Reagan were extremely responsive. Darla was kind enough to check on us and she left the lights on for our late night check in. We can’t wait to get back to this beautiful slice of heaven."
